I stayed in the regular terrace suite last time and it had the rainfall shower head with the gorgeous Japanese soaking tub which were much nicer than what was in this room.
Also strangely the bed was a bit hard in this suite, normally I love the beds at cosmo but not so much in this room.
Otherwise I loved the huge living room and terrace. The terrace would benefit from a couch instead of only chairs and perhaps a small heat source for colder days and nights so I could enjoy it or maybe little throw blankets just for the balcony.
The beds in the room are horrible and the WiFi I. Rated 5 out of 5 by Crazy42 from Amazing room views. Thanks to Vegas. We had an amazing view of the fountain and the Eiffel Tower.
Spacious room with great views. The casino was also not very crowded. Unlike Bellagio we could walk thru it. The food at the Cosmopolitan was really good too!!
Overall it was really nice!! Rated 3 out of 5 by June from Terrible service The room we were checked into had a bathroom with a shower that overflowed.
It was Christmas eve on the day we checked in and I was taking a bath in the tub when the water started coming up the drain in the shower stall along with black whatnots.
We called the desk but had to wait for half an hour for the maintenance guy to come take a look. He told us he might have to snake the drain and if that happened, there would be fumes coming out so it would be better to move rooms.
Apparently, the desk said they were sold out and had absolutely no other room to move us. The desk lady even said on the phone that it would only take 5 minutes for the plumbing process when the maintenance guy said it could take between 5 minutes to 2 hours.
It actually worked and they said the housecleaning would come but we waited until am and there was still no housecleaning. The shower stall was all messed up with black water from the drain and we had to go to bed without a shower.
I had called three times for housecleaning but apparently this lady who was assigned to our room was busy cleaning a dirty room at am and there was no time estimate of when she would arrive.
So, the shower stall was cleaned the next day after am and there were no apologies from the hotel or any compensation.
After all, there are so many other hotels in Las Vegas. The AudioEye Certification Statement to explain the ongoing web accessibility and usability enhancements for this website.

The Pool Marquee Private Events. Jennifer H wrote a review Dec 5. Covid getaway. Went for a long weekend after Thanksgiving. The room was large with a deep tub also overlooking the fountains.
Highly recommend splurging for the view. Got to see the fountain show during day and night. Our stay was great and would definitely return.
Date of stay: November Rooms. Room Tip: Choose the fountain view - well worth it. Robin J wrote a review Dec 2.
Not scooter friendly. Apparently this is a "No Scooter" hotel and if you rent one for your stay here, you have to pick it up at The Jockey Club next door.
This is not convenient at all if you have trouble walking any distance. We drove in from SoCal and arrived shortly before check in so my level of discomfort is elevated at this point to where I needed to sit down again after handing our car to the valet and assistance with our luggage.
So, during check in, I asked where I could sit and was told I could sit in the bar that is close by. Nope, a 1 drink minimum just to ease my aching back, eff that.
The woman I encountered was clearly clueless to my discomfort so I was forced to walk limp farther to another bench to wait for my hubby to finish checking in.
They still have valet parking which is a plus as many hotels have discontinued due to covid. We get to the room and call for our luggage and it was brought very quickly, that was another plus.
So, why the 1 star you ask, if so far things aren't too bad? Keep reading Like I said, this is a non scooter hotel but I didn't realize that until after I had been told to slow down at one point huh??
Well, I walk short distances with a cane and have a handicapped placard so yeah, I need to scooter to walk long distances. I was eventually told that there were previous issues with people who didn't need them trying to ride them up the escalators.
That's not my problem, I'm not stupid enough to try something as asinine as that. I am very responsible, cautious and respectful when I ride around.
I didn't appreciate being treated and spoken to like an errant child. The room is nice, and it looked clean with the exception of the roach hubby killed the first day.
The thermostat was broken but maintenance came up at that night to fix it. The light switches are all wonky, you can't turn lights out in just the bedroom, you end up turning them all off if you use the control by the bed.
There were robes that were too small, and slippers that were too big, the makeup mirror light didn't work, and the other bathroom lights begin to flicker when they've been on a while.
The tub is nice and deep but only half the jets work. Archived from the original on February 1, Retrieved January 28, April 14, — via NewsBank.
